Do I pay for a module every month?
No. Each module is a one-time purchase. What you pay monthly or yearly is the user licence, plus a subscription for the few modules that have one.
What is a user licence?
Every person who signs in to CloudMa ERP needs a licence, whatever modules they use. You can add or remove users at any time, and the next bill changes to match.
Which modules have their own subscription?
Sales & POS (cloud POS sync & e-receipts), Ecommerce (online store hosting & payment gateway), Marketing Automation (email & SMS sending), Human Resources Management (payroll tax & EPF/ETF table updates). The subscription covers ongoing services for that module, and is billed with your user licences.
Can I buy more modules later?
Yes. Buy another module whenever you need it from the Modules page inside the app. Your users can use it straight away.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Paying user licences yearly gives you a 17% discount. Each user costs LKR 15,000 a year instead of 12 × LKR 1,500 , so you save LKR 3,000 per user every year. For 10 users that's LKR 30,000 a year. Module subscriptions have the same yearly discount.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Businesses in Sri Lanka are billed in LKR. International customers are billed in USD. Use the LKR / USD switch to see prices in either currency.
How can I pay, and how fast is activation?
By card (LKR or USD): pay online, with optional automatic renewal. Your modules are activated in real time, as soon as the payment goes through. By bank transfer (LKR only): a 10% handling charge is added, and we activate your modules within 12 working hours after we receive your slip. Bank transfer is not available for USD payments.
Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted in the cloud with daily backups and role-based access, and card payments are handled by the payment provider. ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
Do I need to sign an agreement?
Yes. Every customer signs the CloudMa ERP Service Agreement before activation. You can read and sign it online in a few minutes, with no printing or scanning.
Can I get a refund?
No. All payments, including module purchases, user licences, subscriptions and handling charges, are non-refundable. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we'll always fix billing mistakes. What happens if I stop paying licences?
We remind you before anything expires. If licences lapse, sign-in is paused but your data and purchased modules are kept, and everything comes back as soon as you renew.
